Imre Rurik

Imre Rurik graduated in 1979 at Semmelweis Medical University, in Budapest.

Worked as urologist till 1989 when he turned to family practice and is working recently in a Budapest suburb, Pesterzsébet.

He qualified as specialist in urology (1983), general practice (1993) and occupational medicine (1988).

He got a Master degree in Helath Services management in 2002 and defended his PhD theses in 2003, on the topic of nutrition of elderly.

He published some articles in indexed journals and much more in Hungarian medical journals.

Since 1997 he is a senior lecturer at Department of Family Medicine, Semmelweis Univerity Budapest, member the Hungarian Board of Family Pract
